We do not handle hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, fuel, oil, biohazards, medical waste, loose trash with contamination, or unsafe jobs. Specialty items requiring extra equipment or multiple movers are reviewed case by case.

Yes, when needed. For neighbor purchases or Marketplace pickups, customers should confirm the item is available first. We can help coordinate pickup timing after the quote is approved.

For some jobs, yes. Small jobs may be paid at completion, but larger pickups, heavy items, haul-away jobs, or time-sensitive pickups may require a deposit before we reserve the pickup window.

No. Submitting the quote form only sends us your request. Your job is confirmed after we review the photos and details, send a quote, and you approve the quote and pay any required deposit.
