NeighborPickup provides Local Purchase Pickup & Delivery across Dallas–Fort Worth and is operated by Muswell Holdings LLC. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how it is used, and the choices you have. It is general information about our practices, not legal advice.

Information we collect

Contact information

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address (optional)

Quote and service information

• The service you are requesting and whether you need pickup, delivery, haul-away, or both
• Item type, number of items, and whether the item is heavy or oversized
• Pickup ZIP code and pickup address or cross streets, when you provide them
• Delivery ZIP code and delivery address or cross streets, when you provide them
• Where the item is located, stairs, elevator and other access details
• Preferred date, time window and deadline
• Seller timing notes and any other notes you choose to enter

Photos

You may voluntarily upload photos of the item and its access path with a quote request. Please do not include documents, screens or images containing sensitive personal information you do not want shared with us.

Browser and referral information

When you submit a quote request, the form also records basic context about how you reached it: the page you submitted from, the page address, the referring website if any, and campaign parameters present in the link (for example UTM or campaign values). We do not currently run an analytics or advertising tracking provider on this website.

Pickup Readiness Checker

The Pickup Readiness Checker runs in your browser. It is a rules-based planning tool, not an AI system, and your answers are not sent to NeighborPickup simply by using it. If you choose to continue with Get My Pickup Quote, the tool temporarily stores the relevant answers in your browser's session storage so the quote form can prefill them. That temporary copy is short-lived and is removed once it has been imported into the form. Information only reaches us if you review it and submit the quote form.

Pickup Pass

Pickup Pass also runs in your browser. Creating or editing a pass does not create an account, does not save the pass to NeighborPickup, and does not create a public pass link. You decide when to copy the seller message, use your device share sheet, share to WhatsApp, or print the pass. Once you intentionally share information through another app or service, that service's own privacy practices apply.

How we use information

• To review your request and respond with a quote or follow-up questions
• To schedule, perform and coordinate requested pickup or delivery work
• To keep ordinary business records of requests and jobs
• To prevent abuse or misuse of the quote form and website

Photos and how they are handled

Photos submitted with a quote are uploaded through NeighborPickup's quote system and may be made available to authorized service providers or automation systems used to review and respond to the request. Photos are not published on this website and are not posted publicly by us.

How long we keep information

Information may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, maintain business records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable obligations. We do not keep quote information indefinitely as a matter of course, and you can ask us about information associated with your request.

Service providers

We use third-party service providers to operate this website and process quote requests. Current categories include website and cloud hosting, file and photo storage, workflow automation, email, and business recordkeeping such as spreadsheets. Services used today include Lovable and its Supabase-backed cloud infrastructure for hosting and file storage, Make.com for workflow automation, and Google services for email and business records. These providers process information on our behalf; naming them does not mean they endorse or partner with NeighborPickup.

Text messages

The quote form asks for permission to text you. By providing a phone number and giving that permission, you authorize NeighborPickup to send service-related text messages about your quote or requested service. Message frequency varies based on your request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive these texts is not a condition of purchasing unrelated goods or services. You may ask us to stop texting you at any time by replying to the conversation, emailing quotes@neighborpickup.com, or calling (817) 774-0240.

Selling personal information

NeighborPickup does not sell personal information for money.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. Photos submitted with quotes are stored privately rather than in a publicly browsable location.

Information stored in your browser

This website uses a small amount of browser storage for functionality only. The Pickup Readiness Checker uses temporary session storage to carry your answers into the quote form, and the quote form may keep a local copy of a submission on your own device if it cannot be delivered. We do not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so no cookie consent banner is shown.

Your choices

You may contact NeighborPickup to ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information associated with a quote or inquiry, subject to records we may need to retain for legitimate business or legal purposes. Email quotes@neighborpickup.com or call (817) 774-0240.

Children

NeighborPickup's services and website are intended for adults arranging pickup and delivery. The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children through the quote or service process.

External services

Links and share actions on this site may open external services such as Facebook Marketplace, WhatsApp, or another app you select through your device share sheet. NeighborPickup is not responsible for the privacy practices of those services.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website and services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
