Item size
Large, bulky, fragile, or awkward items may take more time, equipment, or labor.
Distance
Pickup ZIP, delivery ZIP, and drive time affect the final quote.
Access
Stairs, elevators, long walks, tight doorways, apartments, gates, and storage units may affect pricing.
Urgency
Same-day, evening, weekend, or tight-deadline jobs may cost more depending on schedule.
Labor needed
Some jobs may require a helper, extra time, special handling, or additional equipment.
Disposal or donation
Haul-away, dump fees, donation drop-off, and disposal requirements may affect the quote.

Payment Policy
NeighborPickup quotes are based on photos, item size, distance, access, stairs, urgency, labor required, and whether disposal or donation is needed.
After we review your request, we'll send a quote by text or email. Some approved jobs may require a small deposit to reserve the pickup window. The remaining balance is due before delivery, at delivery, or before disposal depending on the job.
We may accept card payments through a secure payment link, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or other approved local payment methods.
Submitting a quote request does not guarantee service, pricing, or same-day availability. A job is not confirmed until the quote is approved and any required deposit is paid.
What we don't do
We do not provide full-service household moves, packing, long-distance freight, storage, hazardous waste removal, appliance repair, appliance installation, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC work, medical care, caregiving, or guaranteed same-day service.
NeighborPickup is best for single-item pickups, local deliveries, small loads, Marketplace purchases, neighbor purchases, old item haul-away, garage sale leftovers, moving leftovers, and bulky-item help.
We may decline items or locations that appear unsafe, hazardous, illegal, pest-infested, unsanitary, too heavy for the available crew/equipment, or outside our service scope. Customers are responsible for confirming seller details, item ownership, payment arrangements, access permission, and item condition before pickup.
