These terms describe how the NeighborPickup website and its planning tools are meant to be used. NeighborPickup provides Local Purchase Pickup & Delivery across Dallas–Fort Worth and is operated by Muswell Holdings LLC. This page is general information about our practices, not legal advice.

What this website is for

NeighborPickup provides information, quote-request tools and local purchase pickup and delivery services, subject to availability and acceptance. Using this website does not by itself create a booking, a service contract, a guaranteed price, guaranteed availability, guaranteed same-day service, or a driver assignment.

Quote requests

A quote request is a request for evaluation. Submitting the form on this website does not mean the job has been accepted. Prices and estimates depend on job-specific conditions, which may include the item, its size and weight, distance, access, stairs, crew requirements, vehicle requirements, timing, and other conditions we identify when reviewing the request.

Marketplace and third-party purchases

NeighborPickup is independent from Meta, Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Craigslist, auction companies, estate-sale companies, stores, and other third-party marketplaces or sellers. We are not responsible for seller representations about an item, item authenticity, ownership disputes, marketplace payment arrangements, or purchase disputes between a buyer and seller, except where NeighborPickup itself caused an issue within its actual service responsibilities.

Your responsibilities

Please give us accurate information about:

• The item, and its dimensions and weight where you know them
• The pickup and delivery locations
• Stairs, access, parking and loading conditions
• Seller availability and pickup windows
• Any special handling concerns

You are responsible for making sure you are authorized to arrange pickup of the item you ask us to collect.

Seller handoff

When someone other than you releases the item, make sure the seller understands who may collect it, the requested pickup window, that a third party is authorized to pick it up, and what access or loading help is expected. NeighborPickup may decline or reschedule a job when required information or safe access is not available.

Pickup Readiness Checker

The Pickup Readiness Checker is an informational planning aid. It does not constitute job acceptance, professional engineering or safety advice, a guaranteed crew recommendation, a guaranteed vehicle fit, or a guarantee that an item can be transported. Final service availability depends on the actual item and job requirements.

Pickup Pass

Pickup Pass is a coordination tool. It does not confirm a booking, a driver assignment, item acceptance, an arrival time, payment, or a delivery contract. You are responsible for reviewing the information generated before sharing it with a seller or anyone else.

Items we can transport

NeighborPickup may decline items or jobs that cannot be safely or lawfully transported with the personnel, equipment or vehicles available, including items that are unsafe to handle or that present hazardous transport conditions.

Website content

Information on this website may change. Service descriptions, examples and pricing guidance are provided to help you plan and are not a guarantee of availability, price, service area for every job, or timing for a specific request.

Intellectual property

NeighborPickup website content, branding and original materials may not be copied or presented as belonging to another business. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe services.

Use of the tools

The Pickup Readiness Checker, Pickup Pass and other website tools are provided for planning and communication. NeighborPickup is not responsible for the actions of third-party sellers, marketplaces or apps outside its control, or for decisions made based on planning output without confirming details with us.
