What Information Does My Marketplace Pickup Driver Need?
A Marketplace pickup provider typically needs enough information to identify the correct item, reach the pickup location, understand access and loading conditions, coordinate the pickup window and deliver the item to the correct destination. Photos and dimensions are especially useful for larger items.

What Not to Share
Share only what the pickup is going to need. Payment card numbers, banking details, account logins and copies of identity documents are never required for a pickup and delivery. Access instructions such as gate codes should be sent privately to the pickup provider, not posted in a public listing thread.
When the details are gathered, you can send them with a quote request or review the seller handoff guide.
